Course terms

Updated: 8 October 2026

01Enquiry and enrolment

An enquiry through the site is not an enrolment, reservation or contract acceptance. Before final enrolment, a written proposal describes the programme, goals, audience, prerequisites, duration, learning resources, assessment, instructors, access arrangements, schedule and financial conditions. The contractual document suited to your situation must be accepted using its stated procedure.

02Price and content

Listed prices are in euros for an individual course, including applicable taxes. They cover the guided hours, exercises and described materials. Licences, subscriptions, travel, room hire and additional work are included only if stated in the proposal. The complete payable price is confirmed before commitment. A team format or adapted programme is proposed separately.

03Schedule and participation

Sessions are arranged by appointment. Dates, session lengths, format, tools and connection arrangements are specified before starting. Participants prepare the required equipment and documents and share only content they are authorised to use. Do not send passwords, identity documents or medical information in an initial enquiry.

04Payment

The contract or agreement specifies the payment method and schedule. For professional training undertaken by an individual at their own expense, the Labour Code’s protective rules apply: no payment is required before the legal period expires; the initial payment respects the legal ceiling and the balance is spread as training proceeds. This site does not request online payment.

05Cancellation, rescheduling and interruption

Rescheduling, absence and interruption conditions are defined in the contractual document before commitment. Statutory withdrawal rights are not removed. Where recognised force majeure falls under the individual training-contract rules, only training actually delivered is payable in proportion to its contractual value. A material change to programme, price or schedule must be agreed in writing.

06Materials and outcomes

Materials are supplied for the agreed personal or internal use. Distribution or resale requires permission, subject to legal exceptions. Exercises develop practical skills; no employment, income, score, qualification or guaranteed result is promised. Statutory client rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded remain applicable.

07Complaints and applicable law

Send a written complaint to ewelinarutkowska@inbox.eu with the reference, issue and requested solution. Seeking an amicable resolution does not remove access to courts or mandatory protections. Agreements are prepared under French law without depriving consumers of their applicable mandatory protections.

Consumer information

Updated: 8 October 2026

01Before commitment

This information concerns adults contracting for personal purposes. Programme, instructors, arrangements, applicable rules, total price, payment terms and interruption consequences are supplied before final enrolment and payment. An individual training contract may be required depending on the service. An enquiry on this site does not commit you to purchase.

02Withdrawal and individual contracts

For an individual professional training contract paid by the participant, the Labour Code provides a 10-day withdrawal period from signing, exercised by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. For a distance service contract governed by consumer law, the applicable period is generally 14 days from conclusion. Precise procedures and any more favourable applicable protections are explained in your contractual document.

03How to give notice

You can prepare a notice identifying your name, contract and decision to withdraw. For consumer-law withdrawal, an unambiguous statement can be sent to ewelinarutkowska@inbox.eu or by post to Ewelina Danuta Rutkowska EI, 34 rue de Strasbourg, 44000 Nantes, France. Follow any specific formalities required by your contract under the Labour Code. The website helper prepares text; it does not send it or acknowledge receipt.

04Starting performance and refunds

Starting during a withdrawal period must respect the applicable contract rules, any required express requests and training-specific payment restrictions. Loss of rights after full performance is not assumed from an enquiry click. Valid consumer-law withdrawal leads to reimbursement within the statutory period, generally 14 days after notice, subject to applicable rules for expressly requested performance.

05Complaints and mediation

For a complaint, first write to ewelinarutkowska@inbox.eu with the relevant details. Consumers may access free mediation under the legal conditions after an unresolved prior complaint. The professional’s mediator must be identified in pre-contractual and contractual information. This site does not name an unconfirmed mediation body. The official list is available in the resources below; the list does not designate a mediator for this contract.

Prepare a withdrawal notice

This tool prepares text. To exercise your right, send the notice using the method in your contract within the applicable period.

Ewelina Danuta Rutkowska EI, SIREN 130659956, 34 rue de Strasbourg, 44000 Nantes, France, is controller for received enquiries and course correspondence. Privacy contact: ewelinarutkowska@inbox.eu, +33759389192.

02Information and purposes

We receive information you choose to send by email: name, contact details, situation, any company, course and needs description. It is used to reply, prepare an offer, organise an agreed service, handle billing and complaints. Fields marked with an asterisk help prepare a useful enquiry; without sufficient information, a course may be impossible to propose. Sensitive information and identity documents are not requested here.

03Local drafts and legal bases

The form prepares text on your device; it does not submit it to a server. You decide to send the message using your email app. Project correspondence relies on pre-contractual steps and contract performance, retention duties on legal rules, and ordinary correspondence and dispute handling on legitimate interests subject to your rights. Optional language memory relies on consent.

04Recipients and hosting

The sole trader and necessary service providers may receive only information relevant to their task. Netlify hosting may process IP addresses, requests, dates and technical logs to provide and secure the site. Emails pass through the relevant mail providers. No advertising or analytics tool is embedded. Where processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards must be implemented.

05Retention

Enquiries not leading to an engagement are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange unless a justified need or legal duty applies. Contract, accounting and training records are kept for applicable legal periods and legitimate evidential needs. Form drafts are not kept in browser storage. Optional language choices expire after no more than 180 days.

06Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests are normally handled within one month; a lawful extension may be notified. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. You may complain to the CNIL or the competent authority.

07Security and automated decisions

Information access must be limited to the agreed purposes and necessary people. Absolute security cannot be promised. This website does not make automated decisions producing legal effects or select participants. Course choice and proposal definition involve human discussion.

Cookies & preferences

Updated: 8 October 2026

01No advertising tracking

The site has no advertising, analytics, embedded video, external fonts or tracking pixels. It does not set tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may use technical security mechanisms documented by its provider.

02Session functions

er-motion stores only a reduced-motion choice in session storage. It contains no enquiry information and expires with the session. Course filters and programme windows stay in page memory; they do not create profiling history. Form text is not saved in local storage.

03Optional language memory

After explicit agreement, er-language stores only FR or EN with an expiry of no more than 180 days. er-preferences keeps the choice and expiry for the same period. Essential-only retains the privacy decision without saving a language preference. Disabling language memory deletes the saved language.

04Changing your choice

Use Privacy preferences in the footer to change your choice or clear site data in your browser. Blocking storage does not prevent reading or preparing a message. Preferences may then not persist. Your system’s reduced-motion setting is respected.
